ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE AND PHTHALATES FREE?

Yes, your fragrances are Vegan, phthalates free, and cruelty free.  We follow IFRA Standards as all our formulas are IFRA Compliant.

Each of our fragrances is a carefully crafted story, blending notes, chords, and emotions to create a sensory journey. We prioritize storytelling through scent, capturing fragmented passions and sensations to evoke deep connections and reflections. Our fragrances are an escape filled with an emotional experience.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Your package will be processed & shipped 2 to 3 business days depending on the destination country. If you place your order on a weekend or public holiday, your products will be processed for shipping within the next two business days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with your tracking number.

WHAT COURIER SERVICES DO YOU SHIP WITH?

We ship with the following courier services depending on the region

-Fedex in Europe and internationally

-TNT in France

-UPS or Fedex in USA

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We offer free shipping on orders over €180 within Central Europe. For other destinations, shipping rates vary, and customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes.  You can visit our shipping terms page for full details and shipping rates.

CAN I BUY A PRODUCT THAT IS OUT OF STOCK?

When one of our products is out of stock, it cannot be pre-ordered unless the product is listed for pre-order.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS OR MY DELIVERY OPTION AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

Once an order is made, it is not possible to change the address.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We can only cancel your order within 12 hours only if it has not yet been processed. Please email orders@reinventedparfums.com as soon as possible  regarding your order and we’ll see what we can do.

CAN I CHANGE OR AMMEND MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Currently, this service is not available. To make any changes to your order, the order has to be cancelled or another order has to be made. Once an order is fulfilled, it can not be cancelled or amended.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER AFTER RECEIVING IT?​

If you wish to return a product, please ensure it is unopened and unused. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, with the return shipping cost borne by the customer. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make the process as smooth as possible.

Kindly email us within 7 days of receiving your order, to start the return process.  Any opened or used product won’t be accepted. Our quality control team will verify every returned product. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS AND KEEP THE GIFT PRODUCTS/SAMPLES?

To be eligible for the refund, all the items included in the order need to be returned ( including promotional gifts, discovery sets etc).

I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive the wrong product or your order is missing a product, kindly contact us on  orders@reinventedparfums.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received in within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT 

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us on orders@reinventedparfums.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that depending on stock, a replacement may not be available, and that defective items may also benefit from a manufacturer's defects warranty.

DO YOU CHARGE TAXES & CUSTOM DUTIES?

No, we do not charge any taxes or custom duties fees to your order. You will have to pay customs charges and taxes ( if applicable) to the customs authority in your country. They will contact you if any charges apply. If you refuse to pay custom fees and charges, your package will be returned and the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

All transactions are conducted in EUR. We accept various payment methods, including PayPal, to provide you with a seamless and secure shopping experience.

WHERE CAN I TRY YOUR FRAGRANCES?

We are available in 30 countries worldwide, you can check the stores page on our website to locate the nearest stockist to you. You can also order our discovery set  from our website to explore the entire line.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY FRAGRANCE?

To preserve the exquisite quality of your fragrance, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. This ensures that the scent remains as enchanting as the day you first experienced it.
